VITAL DOG ‘Christmas Cash‘ Promotion – Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The Promoter is Vital Products Group Pty Ltd (ABN 56675064132, Registered Office: Suite 2, Level 9, 477 Collins St, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia).
2. Promotion Name
The promotion is titled VITAL DOG Christmas Cash Promotion.
3. Promotional Period
The promotional period starts on November 11, 2024, at 8:00 AM AEST and ends on December 24, 2024, at 8:00 PM AEST.
4. Eligibility / Entry Criteria
Entry is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years or older who:
- have purchased at least one VITAL DOG meal topper from vitaldog.com.au or other online retailer prior to the end of the promotional period, and;
- are subscribed to the VITAL DOG newsletter (also referred to as the ‘Chewsletter’) at the time of the winner selection.
Employees, suppliers, and immediate family members of Vital Products Group Pty Ltd or associated entities are excluded from entering this promotion.
5. Prize Details
A chance to ‘WIN $2000 Christmas Cash’
‘Christmas Cash’ will be denominated and provided to the winner as follows:
- 1x $1000 Mastercard e-gift card, provided via email to the winner. The gift card is final, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
- 1x $1000 coupon code for vitaldog.com.au, usable in the form of 20x individual $50 transactions, valid for 3 years from the date of issue. The coupon is final, not changeable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
6. Selection of Winners
Game of Chance.
The draw for this promotion will occur on or before December 25, 2024, at 8:00 AM AEST.
From the eligible entrants, a winner will be selected randomly using random.org’s True Number Generator and will be notified via the email associated with their VITAL DOG newsletter subscription within 3 business days of the draw. Effort will be made to communicate to the winner on Christmas Day, 2024.
If a winner does not respond within 10 business days, the prize may be forfeited, and another winner may be selected. This is at the complete discretion of the Promoter.
8. General Conditions
– The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries.
– Incomplete, fraudulent, or late entries will not be accepted.
– Any fraudulent entry, or fraudulent information, may lead to the revocation of an allocated prize.
– The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues that may prevent an entry from being submitted or for any lost, misdirected (including emails that go to Junk or Spam), or delayed emails.
– By participating, entrants agree to the use of their name and entry in any promotional material related to the promotion without additional compensation.
– The Promoter’s decisions regarding all aspects of this promotion are final and binding.
– The Promoter reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time, with or without notice, due to circumstances beyond their control.

By entering this promotion, participants agree that the Promoter may collect and use their personal information for the purposes of conducting the promotion and delivering the prizes. Personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

This promotion is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

This promotion excludes individuals who are friends, family members, employees, or suppliers of the Promoter or associated companies.
