2. Promotion Name

The promotion is titled VITAL DOG Chewsletter Subscriber Promotion.

3. Promotional Period

This is an evergreen promotion that begins on Monday, January 6, 2025 at 8:00 AM, and continues indefinitely on a monthly basis. A winner will be drawn on the first Monday of each calendar month. Each promotional period runs from the first day to the last day of the month.

At its complete discretion, the Promoter may modify or cancel this promotion, subject to meeting its award obligations for the periods prior to the modification or cancellation.

4. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to residents of Australia, aged 18 years or over, who are subscribed to the VITAL DOG Newsletter (which may be referred to as the ‘Chewsletter’) at the time of each draw.
  • Employees, suppliers, and immediate family members of Vital Products Group Pty Ltd or associated entities are excluded from entering this promotion.

5. How to Enter

To enter, individuals must:

1. Subscribe to the VITAL DOG Chewsletter via the VITAL DOG website (vitaldog.com.au) newsletter sign-up or other electronic direct marketing or social media marketing means.

Once subscribed, participants are automatically entered into the monthly draw. Only one entry per person is allowed for each promotional period. Entrants remain eligible each month unless they unsubscribe from the Chewsletter.

6. Prize Details

  • Each month, 1 prize will be awarded, consisting of a $54.99 AUD coupon code redeemable for a 120g pack of VITAL DOG meal toppers, or any purchase greater than $40 at vitaldog.com.au.
  • The total annual prize pool is 12 x $54.99 (one prize per month).
  • The coupon code will be valid for use on the VITAL DOG website and must be used within 90 days.
  • Prizes are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and must be used in accordance with the terms of use specified.
  • The coupon code covers $54.99 of the total transaction value and may not cover additional costs such as shipping.

7. Selection of Winners

  • This promotion is a game of chance. Winners will be selected randomly each month using random.org’s True Number Generator.
  • The draw will occur on the first Monday of each new calendar month at 4:00 PM AEST. The first draw will be on Monday, January 6, 2025.
  • Each winner will be notified via the email address associated with their VITAL DOG Chewsletter subscription.
  • Winners may only win once. After winning, they will be ineligible for future monthly draws.
  • If a winner does not respond within 5 business days, the prize may be forfeited, and another winner may be selected. This is at the sole and complete discretion of the Promoter.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries.
    • Incomplete, fraudulent, or late entries will not be accepted.
