  3. Promotional Period
    This promotion commences on Monday January 6, 2025 at 8.00AM AEST and will continue thereafter on a rolling monthly basis.
    The Promoter may modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at its sole discretion, subject to fulfilling any prize obligations for prior promotional periods.
  4. Eligibility
  • Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over who have purchased a VITAL DOG product and submitted a genuine product review on the VITAL DOG website.
  • Employees, suppliers, and immediate family members of Vital Products Group Pty Ltd or associated entities are not eligible to enter.
  1. How to Enter
    To enter, participants must:
  • Be a verified purchaser, invited via the email address provided at checkout, and
  • Submit a genuine review of a VITAL DOG meal topper product.

Reviews may be evaluated based on their insight, helpfulness, and potential to educate or inspire other dog parents.

  1. Prize Details
  • Monthly Prize: Each month, one review may be selected to receive a $54.99 coupon code, equivalent to the RRP of one 120g VITAL DOG meal topper at vitaldog.com.au.
  • The coupon must be redeemed within 90 days of issuance.
  • Prizes are not guaranteed to be awarded every month. All prizes are subject to the Promoter’s discretion and review quality standards.

Prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged or modified. Any unspent value will not be refunded or carried over.

  1. Selection of Winners
  • This is a game of skill. Each month, the Promoter may select a review based on insightfulness, inspiration, or educational value.
  • Prize selection will take place on the first Monday of each calendar month at 4:00 PM AEST.
  • If, in the Promoter’s opinion, no review meets the criteria, no prize will be awarded for that month.
  • Winners will be notified via email. If a winner does not respond within 5 business days, the prize may be forfeited and another winner selected.
