At VITAL DOG, we’re committed to making sure you and your dog(s) receive our ordered products quickly, and in top condition. We invest in the highest-quality, pure ingredients, and premium packaging that not only looks great, but protects your dog’s supplements from light, moisture and oxygen, for longer.

When it comes to delivery and returns, we are fully compliant with Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If you receive a product from us that is faulty, not as described, or does not perform as expected, notify us within 60 days of your purchase date and we’ll give you a refund or replacement.

1. Processing Your Order

Upon successful transaction, we’ll confirm your order by email. Keep this email as proof-of-purchase.

2. Shipping Your Order

We deliver Australia-wide. Standard orders will typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days, whereas express postage will reduce that timeframe down to 1 to 3 business days. Those living in remote areas may need to wait a little longer from time-to-time. This is something outside of our control, sorry!

Our standard delivery fee is a flat $9.90 AUD (we subsidise each order to keep delivery affordable) for one-time purchases of a single 120 g pack. Delivery for subscribers is a flat $5.00 for subscribers. Express delivery can be selected for $12.90. This information will be communicated at Checkout before you make a transaction.

3. Damages or Delayed Order

4. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

As a small dog-loving family business, we are hopeful that our products can bring the same health and happiness to your dog(s) as it does to ours. At the same time, however, we know that life isn’t perfect and there will be times where our products don’t delight you in the way we plan.

In situations where a product is faulty, not as described, or does not perform as expected, VITAL DOG customers have the right to a refund or replacement within 60 days of your purchase date.

We do not offer refunds for a simple change of mind, if the product can be found cheaper elsewhere, or if the customer simply no longer wants the item. We also reserve the right not to offer an exchange or refund where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.

To apply for a refund, simply provide your proof-of-purchase (e.g. email order confirmation and #) and ensure that your claim is made within 60 days of the order. You must return your item in the same condition that it was delivered in, notwithstanding the quantity of powder that may have been consumed.
